Delivery Information

At R102 Wellness, we strive to ensure your products are delivered quickly and securely. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping, delivery, and local pickup options.

Shipping Schedule

Most orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays each week to ensure delivery by Friday of that same week. To guarantee your out-of-state order ships that week, orders must be placed by Tuesday.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM will arrive the next day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates and will vary depending on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations where orders can be delivered within 1–4 business days to ensure the freshness and quality of our products. We do not ship to locations outside this range under standard shipping.

If you are located outside our standard shipping zone and would like to place an order, we are happy to accommodate you with Express or Next-Day shipping services. Please contact us at  info@r102wellness.com and we will be more than happy to work with you to get your order to you safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order's progress in real-time.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our Indianapolis location for orders placed online. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with pickup instructions.

Pickup Window: Customers have 3 days (72 hours) from the time their order is marked ready to complete pickup.

How to Pick Up: Bring your order confirmation email or SMS to our pickup location. Our team will verify your order and have it ready for you.

No-Show Policy: Orders not picked up within the 3-day window will be cancelled and restocked. Due to the perishable nature of our products, no refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders. Please contact us at info@r102wellness.com before your pickup window expires if you need to make other arrangements.
