R102 Wellness Brand Ambassador Program Rules & Brand Guidelines

Welcome

As an approved R102 Wellness Brand Ambassador, you are a representative of a premium wildcrafted wellness brand. Your conduct, content, and communications directly reflect our brand reputation and integrity. Please read these guidelines carefully — participation in this program constitutes your agreement to all terms outlined below.

Program Overview

• Commission: 15% on every sale generated through your unique referral link or coupon code
• Payouts: Processed on the 1st of each month via your chosen payment method (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or store credit). Minimum payout threshold: $25. Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded orders only.
• Tracking: All sales tracked in real time through your personal ambassador portal
• Eligibility: Approved ambassadors only — R102 Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant
• Onboarding Discount: Upon approval, you will receive a one-time use discount code for 20% off your first ambassador starter bundle purchase. This code is valid for one use only, applies to ambassador starter bundles exclusively, and cannot be reused, transferred, or applied to any other products or orders.

Trademark & Intellectual Property

R102 Wellness® is a registered trademark. All brand names, logos, product names, slogans, and trade dress associated with R102 Wellness are the exclusive intellectual property of R102 Wellness and are protected under applicable federal and state trademark and intellectual property laws.

As a Brand Ambassador, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved R102 Wellness® brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the brand in accordance with these guidelines. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you and may be revoked at any time.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of R102 Wellness® trademarks, logos, or brand assets — in any form — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your ambassador account and legal action, including claims for trademark infringement under the Lanham Act.

Brand Representation Rules

✅ You MAY:

• Share your honest personal experience with R102 Wellness products
• Use only approved brand assets (logos, images, copy) provided in your ambassador portal
• Promote on social media, in person, at events, and via word of mouth
• Create original content featuring R102 products you personally use
• Offer your unique coupon code to genuine customers

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Make medical claims of any kind (e.g., "cures," "treats," "heals," or "prevents" any condition or disease)
• Alter, modify, recreate, or misuse R102 Wellness® logos, brand assets, or intellectual property in any way
• Sell R102 Wellness products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) without prior written approval
• Represent yourself as an employee, owner, or official spokesperson of R102 Wellness
• Use the R102 Wellness® name, logo, or brand to create unauthorized social media accounts, websites, or storefronts
• Spam, cold message, or use deceptive, misleading, or manipulative tactics to drive sales
• Offer unauthorized discounts, pricing, or promotions outside of your assigned coupon code
• Purchase products through your own referral link or coupon code to earn commission (self-referral fraud)
• Use your ambassador coupon code or referral link to purchase products for your own personal use at a discount — your ambassador coupon code is for customer sales only, not personal purchases
• Use the one-time onboarding discount code more than once, share it with others, or apply it to non-bundle products
• Disparage, defame, or make false statements about R102 Wellness, its products, its owners, or its team members — publicly or privately
• Share, sell, or transfer your ambassador account, referral link, or coupon code to any third party
• Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation, goodwill, or legal standing of R102 Wellness®

Social Media & Online Conduct

• Always disclose your ambassador relationship using #ad, #affiliate, or #partner in all promotional posts (required by FTC guidelines — failure to disclose is a federal violation)
• Do not make before/after health claims or imply guaranteed results
• Do not use competitor brand names in your content to drive traffic
• Do not create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Do not impersonate R102 Wellness® on any platform
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive tone in all content related to R102 Wellness
• Any content that misrepresents R102 Wellness must be removed immediately upon request

Product Integrity

• Store all perishable products (sea moss gels, shots, splashes) properly — refrigerated and away from direct sunlight
• Do not sell products past their expiration date
• Do not repackage, relabel, dilute, or alter any R102 Wellness products in any way
• Do not represent products as having ingredients, certifications, or properties they do not have

Violations & Consequences

Unauthorized marketplace selling	Immediate termination + potential legal action
Trademark or brand asset misuse	Immediate termination + legal action including trademark infringement claims
Impersonation of R102 Wellness®	Immediate termination + legal action
Defamation or brand disparagement	Immediate termination + legal action
Unauthorized account/link sharing	Immediate termination + forfeiture of all commissions
Creating unauthorized R102 Wellness® accounts or websites	Immediate termination + legal action

Legal Notice

R102 Wellness® takes brand integrity and legal compliance seriously. Any ambassador found to be engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, trademark infringement, intellectual property violations, defamation, or any other unlawful conduct in connection with this program may be subject to civil and/or criminal legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages under the Lanham Act, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees. R102 Wellness reserves all rights under applicable federal and state law to pursue any and all remedies available.

Program Termination

R102 Wellness reserves the right to terminate any ambassador account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these guidelines or for any conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Terminated ambassadors must immediately cease all use of R102 Wellness® brand assets, referral links, and coupon codes.

Agreement

By applying for and participating in the R102 Wellness Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules and guidelines outlined in this document. These guidelines are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice provided to active ambassadors.
